Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Brazing Welder for our client near Decatur, AL. In this role, you will perform metal joining operations by heating metal parts and applying a filler material to create a strong bond without melting the base metals. Reads blueprints, prepares materials, inspects finished work, and uses brazing equipment to meet quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturer and build your long-term career. Key Responsibilities Read blueprints and work instructions. Clean and prepare metal surfaces. Use oxy-acetylene torches or induction heating equipment. Apply filler metal to join components. Inspect finished joints for quality. Work with steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and other metals. Base metals are melted and fused together. Creates a stronger structural joint for many applications. Common in manufacturing, construction, and fabrication.
