Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Pay:
$23- $27 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components using various tools and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, machining tools, and plasma cutters
- Assemble and build metal structures following codes and standards
- Perform pipe threading and ductwork fabrication
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux core welding
- Familiarity with machining tools and equipment
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components accurately
- Knowledge of pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and plasma cutting
- Strong understanding of codes and standards related to metal fabrication
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
