- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Tig Welder specializing in aluminum welding and marine fabrication to join our dynamic team.

Duties Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on aluminum and other metals following detailed blueprints and schematics. Execute MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) for various fabrication tasks, ensuring strong, high-quality welds.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints specific to marine and aluminum fabrication projects.
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe benders and rollers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and sheet metal tools to shape and assemble components accurately. Operate rigging equipment, forklifts, and other mechanical tools safely to move heavy materials and assemblies. Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills to ensure precise fabrication standards are met. Follow ASME codes & standards for welding procedures and safety protocols during all phases of fabrication and assembly. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on welding or metal fabrication. Demonstrated expertise in TIG welding, aluminum welding, and welding techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply welding procedures accordingly. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to marine or structural welding projects is highly desirable.
