Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to perform high‑quality welding on structural steel components in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role requires strong welding skills, blueprint reading, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform structural welding on carbon steel components Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, Flux‑Core, Stick) Grind, cut, and prepare materials for welding Inspect welds for quality and compliance Follow OSHA and company safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of structural welding experience Experience with MIG, Flux‑Core, and/or Stick welding Ability to pass a weld test Strong blueprint and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment Preferred AWS or trade certification Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy industrial settings Apply today to join a skilled structural welding team.
