Experienced MIG/Flux Core Welders - Temp-to-Permanent | 1st or 2nd Shift | Fort Smith, AR We are seeking highly skilled and dependable welders for a key client in Fort Smith. We're looking for experienced professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.

Position:

MIG/Flux Core Welder (Temp-to-Permanent)

Location:

Fort Smith, AR Shift:

1st or 2nd Shift (Full-Time) 10 hour days, Every other

Saturday Pay:

Base $16 to $18

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of welding experience Strong proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding (required) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Must be able to read a tape measure accurately Experience with layout, fit-up, and final fabrication Ability to work independently without constant oversight High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic

Requirements:

Verifiable work history in welding and fabrication Must pass a drug screen Reliable transportation to and from the job site About the
