Job Description

D7 Pneumatics LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in mechanical and pneumatic systems, fabrication, and industrial services. We take pride in our craftsmanship, safety standards, and strong team culture. Our fabrication shop is expanding in Arkansas, and we're looking for skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our crew.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from blueprints or drawings. Operate cutting, grinding, and forming tools safely and efficiently. Measure, mark, and layout materials according to project specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and ASME standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience (shop or field). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient with fabrication tools (grinders, torches, saws, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. Certification(s) in welding a plus but not required.
