HOURS:

5 X 8's

Responsibilities:

MIG weld carbon/structural steel components.

TIG weld stainless steel and aluminum.

Fit, align, tack, and weld architectural handrails and fabricated assemblies.

Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.

Measure, cut, fit, and assemble components to fabrication specifications.

Read and work from shop drawings, prints, measurements, and fabrication layouts.

Maintain proper fit-up, alignment, weld profile, and finished appearance.

Use grinders, saws, welding machines, clamps, squares, measuring tools, and other standard fabrication equipment.

Inspect completed work for weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and overall finish.

Follow shop safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
