What Drives Success Under direct supervision, spot welds together metal components. Fabricates and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Produce metal products according to specifications. Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and timeframes for projects. Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment. What We Are Looking For Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic ability to read engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
