Journeyman Pipe Welders

Skillforce is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Pipe Welders for a long-term position in West Memphis, AR. This role requires strong stick welding skills and the ability to pass a x-ray weld test. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with pipe in an industrial or commercial environment and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Rate:

$28-$34/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pipe welding primarily using stick welding (SMAW) Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Maintain weld quality to meet industry and project standards Follow all safety policies and procedures Assist with fitting and fabrication as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 8+ years of pipe welding experience Stick welding experience required Must be able to pass a weld test Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Preferred (Not Required): TIG welding experience Pipe fitting and fabrication experience Combo welding experience 6G welding certifications
