El Mirage, Arizona 1 st Shift = $22.60/hour Are you looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with overtime possibilities? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will handle steel beams, plates, and assemblies using overhead crane systems, read blueprints for weld application, and operate welding machinery to support production. Key Responsibilities Operate overhead crane systems to handle steel beams, plates, and assemblies. Use chains, grabs, and other rigging equipment to secure steel for lifting. Read and interpret blueprints to determine weld requirements, including correct weld and thickness. Operate welding machines, needle guns, and related equipment to perform welding tasks. Perform cleaning of welds using a needle gun to remove slag. Load and maintain weld wire spools as required. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing 10-50 lbs using grabs and chains. Adequate strength, mobility, dexterity, vision, hearing, and stamina to perform duties effectively. Ability to wear a respirator when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Welding certification is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions without constant supervision. Must pass company-specific welding tests. Compensation & Benefits $21.35
