Iron Welder Location:
Mesa, AZ Pay:
$34 - #38+ an hour! Depending on Experience.
Schedule:
6:00AM-finish - depending on site schedule. Morning shift.
Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Position Overview People Source OKC is hiring highly experienced Iron Welders for a high-demand project in Mesa, Arizona. This position requires skilled welders with structural steel experience who can perform certified welds, read blueprints, and work independently in a construction environment. Candidates must have the required AWS certifications and be prepared to pass all pre-employment requirements. Job Responsibilities Perform 3G and 4G structural welding Weld rails, columns, and other structural steel components Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards Follow all jobsite safety procedures and regulations Work with ironworkers and construction crews to complete projects on schedule Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Requirements Extensive iron welding experience required Must be proficient in 3G and 4G welding positions Current AWS Certifications required Experience welding structural steel, rails, and columns Ability to read and interpret blueprints Must provide own welding tools Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Strong attendance and reliability required Additional Information High-demand project with immediate openings Travel position located in Mesa, Arizona Candidates must arrive prepared with required certifications and tools Important Note - Safety Sensitive Role This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).
