MIG Welder Phoenix, AZ 85034 Masis Staffing is seeking a MIG Welder for a well-established organization that has been servicing all 50 states since 2005. The company specializes in building a variety of products and custom fabrication. They offer a strong culture and working environment in a smaller-sized company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with Core hours being Monday to Thursday E/o Friday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities of the MIG welder:

Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless materials. Use precision measuring tools to measure and cut materials to specifications. Interpret blueprints accurately. Troubleshoot welding deficiencies and suggest corrective actions. Assist in jig and fixture builds. Requirements of the

MIG Welder:

1-2 years of MIG welding experience. 1+ years of metal core welding experience. In-depth knowledge of GMAW welding process. Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools. TIG welding experience is a plus. Jig and fixture build experience is a plus. Dependable, motivated, team-player. Compensation of the
