In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations using Metal Inert Gas (MIG) techniques to assemble and fabricate metal components according to detailed blueprints and technical schematics. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable, precise, and reliable metal structures and parts, supporting various construction and manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency are paramount. What You'll Do As a MIG Welder, you'll be responsible for welding and assembling metal parts in a fast-paced production environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing MIG welding on steel components and assemblies Reading and interpreting welding blueprints and instructions Inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Maintaining a clean and organized welding area Working efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For Qualifications:
2+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment Experience welding thin gauge(16 gauge) up to thicker material (3/8') Ability to read basic welding blueprints and follow work instructions Familiarity with welding tools, safety practices, and inspection techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team Other requirements would be a 2F and 3F
MIG/GMAW
weld test, and bringing Your own PPE(gloves, sleeves/jacket, and hood).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and weld for extended periods Regularly lift and move parts up to 50 Pounds Comfortable working around heat, sparks, and industrial equipment Why Work With Us?
