This position is ideal for candidates with MIG/TIG & aluminum MIG welding experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Newer welders are welcome to apply, but manufacturing experience is required . $26-$32/hr (DOE) Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Overtime guaranteed!!!! All tools are provided, yearly boot credit LOTS of growth opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, weld, and assemble components for commercial machinery, including: scratch-built vehicle chassis, hydraulic and fuel tanks and machinery elements Tag and record completed work accurately Assist with material and tool procurement as needed Read and interpret blueprints or verbal instructions to fabricate components Create simple jigs and fixtures to support production processes Work with engineering on R D projects

Requirements:

At least 1 year of RECENT MIG and TIG welding experience (MIG & metal finishing test will be required) Experience with aluminum MIG welding Manufacturing experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings Must accurately read a measuring tape Able to lift up to 80 lbs

PREFERRED

vertical manual milling machine and manual lathe experience

PREFERRED
