1pm-9pm
Mon-Fri Pa:
$17.50hr

Job Summary:
As a Welding Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, using specialized welding equipment to assemble and fabricate our high-quality industrial products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the integrity and safety of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal components and parts Read and interpret welding diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant welds Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to maintain optimal performance Collaborate with production team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or challenges Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
6 month to 1 year of experience as a Welding Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe and responsible manner High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our warehouse facility and may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other industrial hazards. A flexible schedule, including the ability to work overtime as needed, is required. Protective equipment, such as welding jackets, gloves, and face shields, will be provided. Compensation is hourly rate of $17.00-$17.50 per hour.
