Candidates should have experience in industrial sheet metal fabrication, food processing equipment, heavy-duty plate work, structrual steel, and industrial ductwork fittings. A strong understanding of heat distribution to minimize distortion, as well as expertise in fitting, forming, tacking and bracing to ensure precise alignment, is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols is essential. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product are key.
