Job Title:

Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to support the production of irrigation piping systems, components, and assemblies. This role involves fabricating, welding, and assembling metal parts—including pipes, fittings, valves, and structural components—while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing/shop environment requiring strong blueprint reading, precision welding, and fabrication skills. Responsibilities Weld pipes, flanges, fittings, pumps, and other irrigation equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and work with jigs and fixtures as needed. Lay out parts and perform fabrication tasks. Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards. Essential Skills 4+ years of welding experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing environment. 1+ years of pipe welding experience. 1+ years of fabrication/layout experience. Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, pipe welding, and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications Welding Certification is a plus. Experience with irrigation pipeline assembly and parts. Skill in grinding, working with mild steel, and fitting production. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escalon, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
