As a Solderer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of backplanes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

DOE Shift:
6am-2:30pm M-F What's the Job? Perform solder operations for standard and custom backplanes according to documentation and assembly drawings Conduct quality self-inspections of all completed work to ensure high standards Perform connector and hardware repairs on backplanes requiring rework or modifications Follow detailed instructions and recognize deviations from accepted practices Assist with other duties as assigned to support team objectives What's Needed? Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of soldering experience in an electronic manufacturing environment Familiarity with soldering hand tools and re-work equipment Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow detailed instructions Strong communication skills and attention to detail What's in it for me?
