Job Description

Welder Location:
Fremont, CA Schedule:

Monday

•Friday 1st

Shift:

5:00 AM

•1:30

PM Pay Rate:

$30.00

•$35.00 / hour

Experience Required:

1-2+ years of progressive welding experience

Key Responsibilities Welding & Fabrication:

Perform standard welding duties to specifications, including welding steel materials greater than 1/4" thick and tack-welding components prior to robotic welding processes.

Inspection & Repair:

Identify and repair basic flaws in metal objects; troubleshoot everyday production issues to maintain high quality.

Safety & Standards:

Execute all work in strict accordance with company quality standards and safety procedures. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of practical professional welding experience with foundational knowledge in both MIG and TIG techniques. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols. Working knowledge of basic metallurgy. Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions efficiently. Physical & Operational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background. Ability to stand or sit for an entire 8-hour shift and safely lift/move parts up to 50 lbs. Proficient in safely operating hand tools (sanders, grinders) and industrial welding equipment. Commitment to mandatory safety standards, including continuous use of required PPE (eye, ear, and glove protection).
