Randstad is immediately hiring a permanent TIG Welder to join a world-class manufacturing team in Fremont. This is a direct-hire, full-time position offering premium stability, top-tier benefits, and a highly sophisticated production environment. Conduct pre-welding part counts and post-welding leak tests to ensure total compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Equipment & Shop Maintenance:
Safely operate welding gear, hoists, and power lifts; maintain machinery and uphold 5S cleanliness standards.Operations Support:
Complete required paperwork, monitor and report inventory levels for shop consumables, and recommend process improvements.
