Production/ Assemble Technician- Join Our Team Irvine, CA Day and Afternoon shifts
Pay:
$20- $22/hour We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production and Assembler Technicians to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in staying organized, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
Ability to read prints and dimensions Regularly measures and monitors quality and requests disposition of materials Assemble and/or disassemble component parts of dispensing equipment Operates IR/BCF/Bieliomatik welding machines Visually inspects, audits, and tests completed parts quality workmanship Completes various productions related logs to record data and/or defective parts Unloads/loads material by hand or forklift, as necessary

Requirements:
2- 3 years previous assembly or related production experience Familiar with fabrication processes, including machining, welding (hot air welding), and/or assembly. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes Proficient with drawing/blue print reading and interpretation (including GD&T) Ability to use hand tools Proficient with basic fabrication shop math Proficient with measuring devices, including calipers, height gages, CMM, micrometers, etc. Presents professional communication skills - verbal, written, e-mails. Custom woodwork/cabinetry background a plus Able to lift up to 50 pounds
