Job Overview We are looking for an experienced lead fabricator/welder to take an active role in the daily operation of our fabrication shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead fabrication projects while helping manage the shop, equipment, and employees.

Responsibilities:

Lead and perform welding and metal fabrication projects Read plans, drawings, and measurements Organize and prioritize daily shop work Open and close the shop and maintain a clean, organized workspace Maintain shop equipment, tools, and supplies Oversee, direct, and assist other employees Help train and evaluate potential employees Maintain quality and safety standards Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues Communicate with management regarding projects, materials, scheduling, and shop needs Ideal candidate: Experienced welder/fabricator Strong leadership and organizational skills Dependable and self-motivated Able to work independently and take ownership Previous lead, foreman, or shop management experience is a plus This is a key leadership position for someone who wants to be hands-on while taking responsibility for keeping the shop productive, organized, and running smoothly.

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
