Monday-Friday, Day Shift Full-Time, Onsite Temp-to-Hire We are actively seeking a Fabricator to join a high-output, environmentally focused materials operation. In this role, you will take on hands-on welding and fabrication projects that keep essential equipment running smoothly across an active yard. You will build, repair, and reinforce critical components for crushers, conveyors, and structural systems while working with durable carbon steel materials. Reasons to Join This Team Contribute to a sustainability-driven operation that supports recycling and material reuse across major projects Work with a dependable, safety-conscious team that values precision and collaboration Strengthen your welding and fabrication expertise through diverse, real-world projects Take on meaningful work that directly improves equipment performance and site productivity Benefit from consistent weekday scheduling with potential for overtime based on operational needs What You'll Be Responsible For Perform MIG and stick welding on carbon steel to repair and fabricate equipment components and structures Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts using tools such as torches, plasma cutters, and grinders Build and install guards, chutes, bins, supports, and other custom-fabricated structures Identify wear, damage, or structural issues in equipment and develop effective repair solutions Interpret drawings, measurements, and project requirements to produce accurate, high-quality work Partner with operators and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and reduce downtime Reinforce and upgrade equipment components to extend service life and improve durability Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or lifts when authorized Follow all safety procedures including PPE use, lockout/tagout, and hot work requirements Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and welding equipment are properly maintained To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication within industrial or construction environments Proficiency in MIG and SMAW (stick) welding, particularly on mild or carbon steel Strong layout and fit-up abilities using measuring tools and fabrication equipment Experience operating cutting and grinding tools such as plasma cutters, torches, and grinders Ability to work safely around heavy equipment in an active outdoor yard setting Solid understanding of safety practices, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures Mechanical aptitude for identifying issues and supporting equipment repairs Additional experience in recycling, aggregate, or similar environments is a plus Welding certifications or bilingual skills are helpful but not required Build, Repair, and Strengthen What Keeps Operations Moving Start by applying, then call Sophia at 888-303-5627 or email sophia@go2dynamic.com with any questions to learn more!
