Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Ability to TIG, MIG, STICK, flux coer Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape sheet metal and ductwork. Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills to ensure accurate cuts and assemblies. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Fabricate components for piping, structural frameworks, or custom assemblies following safety codes & company standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all welding, machining, soldering, or assembly activities. MIG, TIG, FCAW

welding processes. Basic understanding of design techniques (plans, drawings, models, and blueprints). Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools. Knowledge of rigging techniques, pipe threading, soldering, and assembly procedures. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations. Valid certification or demonstrated experience in welding standards. Pay:

$28.50 - $38.50 per hour
