These are temp to hire roles, meaning you will work for Kelly for a short period of time before being hired permanently with our client and offered several pay increases and benefits upon hire.

Job Description:

May assign tasks and provide guidance to other welders as needed Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using TIG and MIG processes Specialize in specific welding types, such as custom fabrication, structural construction welding, or production welding Use electric, air, and power tools as required for welding tasks Operate plasma cutting machines as needed Assemble subassemblies as part of the welding and fabrication process
