Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Welder specializing in Aluminum TIG welding! In this vital role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing aluminum components with precision and expertise. Responsibilities Perform Aluminum TIG welding with accuracy on various sheet metal and fabricated components, adhering to project specifications and blueprints Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure precise execution of tasks Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble materials Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and weld integrity Follow safety protocols related to welding, rigging, crane operation, and construction site procedures to maintain a safe working environment Assist with pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly of mechanical systems as needed Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and compliance with ASME codes & standards Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing facilities involving welding operations Proficiency in TIG welding of aluminum along with MIG welding skills for diverse applications Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is a plus for versatile welding tasks Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and basic machining processes Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, assembly, pipe threading, soldering, and rigging techniques Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes Join us in creating high-quality aluminum structures through expert TIG welding!
