Welder (MIG) Job Description Join our team as a MIG Welder to work on AG/Cultivation equipment. This role involves welding and fabricating tractor parts in a dynamic and busy manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform welding and fitting tasks, focusing on thick steel and hot welding. Comfortably engage in fabrication tasks and set up own welding machine. Read and interpret blueprints and recognize weld symbols. Lift up to 50 lbs and adjust machine heat settings as required. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding and fitting. Ability to read blueprints and recognize weld symbols. Comfortable with fabrication tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with forklift operation, bills of lading, and shipping/receiving. Proficiency with fabrication equipment such as drills and presses. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a new facility located in Selma, operating during 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Selma, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
