In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations on various metal components, ensuring all work adheres to strict safety standards and industry codes. Your expertise will support our projects across construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and custom fabrication tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities Perform
MIG, TIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding on diverse materials such as sheet metal, ductwork, and piping according to detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine welding specifications and assembly procedures Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and plasma cutters to ensure accurate cuts and welds Operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, and rigging equipment safely and efficiently during fabrication processes Execute pipe threading, assembly, and mechanical fabrication tasks in accordance with ASME codes & standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and mechanical assembly Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures in industrial environments Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, and welding techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations Hands-on experience with fabrication tools such as press brakes, plasma cutters, power tools, hand tools, and rigging equipment Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and manufacturing practices Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus Mechanical knowledge relevant to pipe threading, ductwork installation, machining processes, and assembly tasks Join our team if you're passionate about delivering high-quality welds that stand the test of time!
