- TIG Welder

We are hiring a TIG Welder to support fabrication and installation projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for welders experienced in precision work and industrial fabrication, with the ability to contribute to complex, high-quality builds.
Pay:
- $20-$26/hour (DOE)

- First Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location:
- Aurora, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- + Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom-fabricated components + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings + Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames + Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications + Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards + Assist with fit-up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components + Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job + Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment + Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines •
Qualifications:
- + TIG welding experience required (industrial or fabrication environment strongly preferred) + Ability to read and work from complex technical drawings + Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and/or structural metals + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods + Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment is a plus + High school diploma or GED preferred •

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
