Full Job Description Specs:
$28 Hourly $120 Per Diem Per Workday $250 dollar sign on bonus Working 55-60/hrs a week. Brand New Indoor Facility, No Rain Outs! Long-Term, ongoing work Company Provides All Tools (PPE and a Few Hand Tools Required)

Mig Pulse Vertical, 3/8th plate (1/16th Wire)
Flux Core:
1" Plate, V-Groove, Flat & Horizontal, Steel backing, Side Bend (.52 Wire)
Summary:
New build and repair of large mining equipment parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding using 1/16th and .52 wire size to fabricate and repair mining equipment, structures, and components. Use arc gouging to remove damaged material or prepare surfaces for welding. Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements and dimensions. Maintain high-quality standards for welds, ensuring that all are strong, secure, and free from defects. Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of welding equipment, PPE, and ensuring safe work environments. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to identify and resolve any issues with welds. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet project timelines and specifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience in an industrial or mining setting. Proficient in welding with 1/16th and .52 wire size using MIG processes. Arc gouging experience is required, with the ability to prepare and clean surfaces prior to welding. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings related to welding projects. Strong understanding of welding safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience working with heavy machinery or mining equipment is preferred.
