Day Shift:

• 7:30 AM Overtime as needed What You'll Be Doing As a Production Welder, you'll play a key role in fabricating high‑quality components using MIG welding techniques.

Daily responsibilities include:

Performing MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel Material preparation, layout, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing work Inspecting welds and completed parts to ensure quality standards Maintaining welding equipment and managing consumables Following safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organized work area Working collaboratively to meet production goals Experience from non‑traditional manufacturing backgrounds—such as autobody repair, metal fabrication, mechanical work, or hands‑on welding trades —is highly valued.
