ASAP Job Overview We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing team in a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role involves MIG welding on mild steel (with some stainless), along with material preparation, sanding, grinding, and layout work. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment Required Skills Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation Basic computer skills Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles Preferred Skills Fabrication and assembly experience Production environment experience Strong attention to detail and quality standards What We Offer Opportunity to work in a green energy sector with significant growth potential Climate-controlled indoor facility with consistent workload Performance-based bonuses Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, and more) Clear paths for advancement and self-paced promotion opportunities Additional Information All candidates will start on day shift for training and transition to night shift within 4-6 months (includes $3/hour shift differential) Attendance is critical; reliability is a key performance metric Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
