We are seeking experienced Weld Technicians to perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks on mild steel and stainless steel. This role offers strong long-term growth potential, a climate‑controlled facility, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components Prep and fabricate materials including tack welding, sanding, grinding, and layout work Inspect welded components to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain welding equipment and restock consumables as needed Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-production environment Required Skills Proficiency in welding processes: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy‑Acetylene Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with large-diameter rolling and overhead crane operation Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts Preferred Skills Fabrication and mechanical assembly experience Previous work in a production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency What We Offer Opportunity to work in a climate-controlled facility with consistent workflow Industry exposure in the green energy sector with long-term growth opportunities Performance incentives: $1,000 monthly bonus for top-performing contractors Quarterly merit-based bonuses upon conversion Competitive benefits package upon conversion, including: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Life insurance & disability coverage Clear pathways for advancement with self-paced promotion opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
