6 PM-6 AM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off) Position Overview We are hiring experienced Welders to support large-scale manufacturing operations in the green energy sector. This role involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel, material preparation, and general fabrication tasks in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work Maintain welding equipment and consumables Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively in a high-volume production environment Required Qualifications Proficiency in SAW, MIG, TIG, and Oxy-Acetylene welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation Basic computer skills Understanding of welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles Must be able to pass a weld test What We Offer Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing green energy industry Climate-controlled facility with steady workload Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, and more) Clear advancement pathways and self-paced promotion opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
