$30.00 - $34.00 per hour Position Overview We are hiring for one of our clients, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, industrial technologies, and aerospace solutions. As a Welder Level 4, you will apply advanced TIG welding techniques to fabricate, assemble, and repair critical metal structures and components. Working on-site at the Arvada, CO facility, you will help ensure high output quality while adhering to strict welding codes, safety protocols, and engineering specifications. This role reports directly to the Welding Supervisor. Key Responsibilities- Perform precision TIG welding to fabricate primarily stainless steel piping spools ranging from 3/4" to 3" in diameter.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate setup and weld execution.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with industry standards, regulatory codes, and safety requirements.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks as required, including drilling/tapping into carbon steel plate, operating overhead and jib cranes, mounting auxiliary components, bolting welded pipe spools, and routing stainless steel seal-gas tubing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with facility safety policies.
Qualifications & Requirements Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 2 Welder Certification or equivalent demonstrated skill level.
- 4+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience, with proven accuracy across diverse fabrication tasks.
- 4+ years of experience interpreting complex technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- 4+ years of experience with welding quality inspection standards and fit-up measuring equipment.
- 4+ years of experience working with specialized equipment and industrial materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel.
Work Authorization & Export Control Compliance:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations (ITAR/EAR), candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or an individual with protected status under U.S. asylum or refugee status.Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in welding technology, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with automated test equipment, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and mechanical assembly testing procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to workplace safety.
