Job Description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Welder.
Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary by site.

Performs repairs and maintenance on front and read load, and roll-off containers, cuts/weld repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication.

Grinds metal parts after weldingWeld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment.

Bends steel components using a break ad shear.

Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.

Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers.

Installs lids and wheels on containers.

Paints repaired and/or new containers.

Performs on-site repairs at customer locations.

Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Completes required paperwork.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Physical Requirements:
The following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position. The actual requirements of this position will vary.

Lift, carry and push/pull at least 75 pounds.

Climb into and out of equipment.
Experience, Education, Certification:
Required:
Welding experience.

Use of computers to update assigned work orders.
Preferred:
Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
