Welder / Fabricator

Full-Time | Four 10 Hour Days | 6:00am-4:30pm Starting Pay is $25.00 Per Hour Experience is Required Robbins Metal Fab LLC is a custom metal fabrication shop not a production line. Every job is different, and we're looking for an experienced welder/fabricator who takes pride in building quality work from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Stick, MIG & TIG welding Aluminum, carbon steel & stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints, plan sets and fabrication drawings Fabricate custom components from drawings and field measurements Fit, weld, finish and assemble custom-fabricated components Install what we build in the shop Handle occasional deliveries and field work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Class A welding and fabrication skills Strong MIG, TIG and Stick welding ability Ability to read drawings and turn them into a finished product Ability to fit and fabricatenot just run a bead A go-getter who takes ownership of their work Reliability and attention to detail Pride in producing quality work

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

Minimal training will be provided for this position. You should come in with the welding and fabrication experience necessary to contribute to the shop.

SCHEDULE

Four 10-hour days 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 30-minute lunch Three-day weekends every week. PAY $25+/hour , depending on experience, fabrication ability and weld-test results.
