We need someone who can come in, get measurements and instructions, and fabricate parts accurately without needing to be walked through every step. What we're looking for: Solid MIG welding experience Comfortable working with mild steel Can cut, fit, tack and weld Can read a tape measure and work from provided dimensions Able to keep parts square and consistent Comfortable using grinders, saws and basic fabrication tools Clean, strong welds Dependable and able to work on your own Able to produce the same parts repeatedly without sacrificing quality This is part-time work, starting around 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity for more work as production increases. Some pieces may even be able to be taken home and brought back as piece work Pay will depend on experience and ability. Day-rate or per-piece pay can be discussed.
