Job Location:
Fort Pierce, FL The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This role requires expertise in ASME welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform ASME welding operations according to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to GMAW and GTAW welding machines. Fabricate and assemble components using ASME welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment. Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Welder or in a similar welding role. Proficiency in ASME welding techniques, including GMAW and GTAW welding. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, including setup and maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
