Job Description Job Description Job description: Summary We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder with Some exp in Programming to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality welding services that meet industry standards and specifications. 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday, some Saturdays Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine welding requirements. Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG or stick welding. Use Robot Machine as needed throughout weld also capable of programming machinery. Fabricate metal components according to specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality before final approval. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques. Programming the machine. Strong understanding of welding processes and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with machining processes is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
