Job Description
TIG/MIG Welder Specialist - Sheet Metal Fabricator Seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder Specialist - Sheet Metal Fabricator for a full-time, permanent position. We specialize in the fabrication of light gauge materials and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong fabrication and welding skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience, with proficiency in aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding. Experience with sheet metal layout, fabrication equipment, and precision measuring tools is required. Responsibilities Perform TIG/MIG welding and fabrication duties according to company standards Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies Read and work from specifications, templates, and measurements Inspect finished workpieces for defects and compliance with specifications Use straightedges, combination squares, calipers, rulers, and other measuring tools Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience required Strong experience with TIG welding, must pass a welding test Proficient in aluminum and stainless steel welding Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and layout Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off after first year Additional Information In-person work location No phone calls, please apply in person
