Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fleet Welder to join our team and support our fleet maintenance and fabrication needs. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for welding, repairing, and fabricating metal components for our fleet of trucks and equipment. Your mechanical knowledge, precision welding skills, and adherence to safety protocols will ensure our fleet remains reliable and operational.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with welding and fabrication for various projects and repairs on vehicles, heavy equipment, and specialty projects.
  • Perform skilled welding work following accepted standards and techniques, using acetylene and/or electric arc welding equipment to fuse or cut metallic articles, parts, or material.
  • Work from sketches, diagrams, or blueprints, which may involve working with broken parts.
  • Work safely and efficiently at all times, including the safe operation of welding equipment and a variety of company equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of MIG welding experience and the ability to operate various welding tools.
  • Attention to detail and a strong mechanical background.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding, challenging conditions. Why Join Us?
