Duties:

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment according specifications. We are able to train you in different welding methods as well if interested.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and weld metal components
• Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of parts
• Measure and mark dimensions for metal fabrication using calipers, rulers, and other measuring instruments
• Perform basic math calculations
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area ```

Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
• Ability to accurately measure and mark dimensions using calipers and other measuring instruments
• Basic math skills for calculations related to angles, dimensions, and tolerances
• Knowledge of pipe threading techniques
• Familiarity with soldering techniques for metal fabrication
• Mechanical knowledge for assembling fabricated components
