Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Fabrication Solutions, LLC. is a highly skilled, small custom metal fabrication company located in Oakland Park, FL. We are seeking a welder/fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will construct products from raw materials, ensuring all pieces meet factory and custom specifications and safety standards. You must be able to read and follow schematics and adhere to a strict production schedule while always prioritizing safety. Job Responsibilities Confirm measurements of parts and proper fit Adhere to a strict production schedule Test products after production to ensure consistency and quality Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues Qualifications Previous experiences as a welder/fabricator or in a similar position Must be competent in MIG and TIG for aluminum, mild steel and stainless. Knowledge of metal and alloys primarily aluminum, stainless and some mild steel. Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints Fabrication training or certification is preferred but not required Versed in custom fabrication and creative problem solving Strong communication skill Be knowledgeable in today's everyday communication devices (Phone, Email, Apps) Highly detail orientated with accuracy Skilled with a tape measure Excellent manual dexterity and vision Experience operating heavy machinery Competent in operating a forklift Strong organizational skills Safety awareness with common knowledge Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as but not limited to weather conditions
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Pass a level II Background check (Nationwide)
