Immediate openings for both experienced and inexperienced Mig Welders to join our Epic Team for first shift operation (Monday•

Thursday:

5:00am-3:30pm with Friday overtime, as needed).

Starting pay range:

DOE $18.00

Required Job Functions:

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Mig weld steel
• Spray transfer
• Weld both horizontal and vertical joints
• Understand blueprints
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Safely operate a forklift
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in an assembly line environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various fabrication tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in welding or fabrication preferred.
