Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring they meet strict safety standards and customer specifications. Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will be essential in delivering exceptional results that drive our company's success. We have 2 shifts - Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (4-10s) and Friday through Sunday 6am to 6:30pm (3-12s). The weekend shift will work 36 hours but be compensated for 40 hours. Duties Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join various metals including sheet metal and pipe materials. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts. Measure dimensions precisely to ensure components meet specifications. Operate rigging equipment such as cranes safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all welding and fabrication processes. Qualifications Manufacturing background with a focus on welding and fabrication. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and other fabrication machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge with understanding of assembly processes, and basic math skills. Must be able to read a tape measure. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
