Job Description

PrideStaff is actively recruiting for skilled TIG Welders to join a premier manufacturing facility located in the Oldsmar area. If you are an experienced welder who takes pride in producing high-quality work and thrives in a goal-oriented production environment, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term career. What you will be doing:
Performing high-quality, precision TIG welding on various materials and components. Reading and interpreting basic schematics and job orders to determine project specifications. Inspecting your own welds for accuracy, quality, and strict adherence to structural standards. Collaborating with the floor team to safely and efficiently meet daily production goals. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace.
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of proven TIG welding experience in a professional setting. Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production facility. A strong track record of meeting production quotas without sacrificing quality. You must possess your own essential gear, specifically a welding hood and gloves. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols. Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance history.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00
