Orlando, FL Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as a Structural Welder / Fitter
AWS D1.1
Proficient in blueprint reading and weld symbols Ability to perform welds meeting
AWS D1.1
(X-ray, MT, PT standards) Experience with layout, fit-up, and structural fabrication Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder / Fitter
AWS D1.1
to join our team. The Structural Welder / Fitter
AWS D1.1
will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing layout and fit-up, and executing high-quality welds that meet customer specifications and AWS standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform layout, fit-up, and welding of structural materials per prints and specifications Interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately Ensure weld quality meets

standards and inspection requirements Operate tools such as drill presses, grinders, saws, and hand tools Safely use forklifts, cranes, and shop equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
