Role:

We're looking for a hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced aerospace environment. In this position, you'll play a critical role in keeping aircraft components operating at peak performance by performing detailed inspections, repairs, and rebuilds. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with precision equipment, solving mechanical problems, and contributing to high-impact aviation operations.

What You'll Do:

Take apart, examine, repair, and reassemble aviation components and assemblies Identify defects, wear patterns, and failure points through detailed inspections Apply repair procedures using approved technical data and engineering guidance Run functional tests and ensure components meet required performance standards Accurately document all work performed, findings, and measurements Use specialized tools including micrometers, calipers, and diagnostic equipment Partner with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve processes Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in aircraft component or engine maintenance Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve Comfort working from manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions Experience in a regulated environment with high quality standards Sharp attention to detail and pride in delivering precise work Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
