Decimal Engineering specializes in Precision CNC Machining and Custom Sheet Metal Fabrications for the aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, and marine-related industries. If you thrive in an environment that moves very quickly and is always evolving, Decimal Engineering is a growing and we are currently looking for a WELDER with
SPOT WELDING
experience. The Welder position is the perfect position for a dedicated, self motivated team player willing to maintain an aggressive production schedule. Overtime and adjusted hours are sometimes necessary as scheduling demands. Candidate must be a highly skilled individual with a minimum of five years welding experience. This position requires comprehensive working knowledge with stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel (all with a wide range of material thickness).
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Requirements:
Specific knowledge of MIG and TIG Welding with 5+ years experience TIG welding on ALL metals (Stainless, mild, aluminum) in ALL positions Spot welder setup (Tooling selection, machine setup) Experience in building fixtures and doing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements Ensure outstanding quality and optimum efficiency are consistently achieved Dependability Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English.
